My favourite font stamp …

In days gone by, I used lettering stickers for my titles, but if you too have used stickers, you’ll know the frustration of never having enough of the ‘right’ letters for what you want to write, and then of having sheets and sheets full of ‘leftovers’, that you don’t want to throw out, but really, never end up using.

Stamping has completely changed ‘that’ world for me – although for the larger stamp sets it can be an investment purchasing them originally, it is so worthwhile in the long run.  With stamping you NEVER run out of letters, and you can customise your colour to suit your photos and other elements on your page.

I have two favourite CTMH stamp sets for headings, the Framework Alphabet (because it looks cool, and you can colour it in), and the one used here, Handwritten Print (the title Bay of Islands).

Love the Handwritten Print font used on this.

This is (as per my signature) a very simple page, but I love it’s simplicity – it focuses on the photos, and the complementary colours.  You probably won’t be able to pick up the detail, but the ‘blue’ paper top left is from the Funadmentals range – this is double sided paper, one side has a glossy pattern, the other side matte and with pattern more defined. It’s very gorgeous – you definitely need it in your arsenal!  The reverse side is used as the mat on the single photo under the title.   I’ve used the silver geometric washi tape as an accent to ‘adhere’ the single photos, which complements the slate paper perfectly.  If you’d like to order any/all of these products, pop onto my website
