From Me to You SOTM- Australasian Blog Hop

Hi and welcome to our From Me to You Stamp of the Month (SOTM) Australasian blog hop.

If you arrived here from Doris you’re in the right spot. If you just happened upon me, even better, because you’re now part way through a great little blog hop of inspiration, using the From Me to You SOTM.

This fabulous stamp set is super versatile, you’ll love it whether you’re a cardmaker or scrapbooker. If you do both, then you’re doubly blessed by it!

Creating with From Me to You SOTM

The first thing I’ve used it for, is to accent a layout. I’ve combined it with another stamp set, ‘The Scenic Route’ (D1853), because they work so well together with this layout.

From Me to You scrapbook layout

It uses CTMH’s Into The Wild paper suite as its base. It’s a very simple layout, that you can copy with any paper suite.

From the SOTM I’ve used two stamps, Hello Weekend, and Love It, as seen below. The Love It has actually been layered on top of a ‘distressed arrow’ from The Scenic Route set – don’t they work great together?

And of course, everything co-ordinates colour wise perfectly, because CTMH publish all of the colours that work with the paper suite. In this instance I’ve used New England Ivy, Charcoal, and Sapphire as my core colours. I’ve stamped the base of the arrow in Pebble, which is a softer grey than charcoal. This allows for the Love It stamp (inked in sapphire) to be seen.

Do you like the layout? Have you read all of the stamps on the set? Can you see how they could come in super handy? I hope the answer is yes to all of my questions. If it is, did you realise that you can purchase the From Me to You SOTM for $30.50 OR it’s just $7.50 with a $75 order.

    1. Thanks Doris, it may be familiar to you. (It’s modified from one of the layouts in the catalogue in Craft On!)
