Sip, Celebrate, Create: 4 Layouts for Life’s Sweetest Moments

When Stampin’ Up!® released their new annual 2025/26 catalogue, I was instantly drawn to the Celebratory Sips Suite. Although at first glance you could well think it’s all about cocktails. I’ll admit that was my first thought.😂 And my niece had just gotten married, and at the wedding had the cutest little cocktail caravan serving drinks. I mean – could it be more perfect?!

But – there’s actually so much more to Celebratory Sips than just cocktails, and I’m happy to share with you some ideas to inspire.

The Celebratory Sips Suite

There is a great diversity of products in the Celebratory Sips range.

If you buy the Suite as a bundle you save yourself 10%. This includes the paper pack, dies, two embossing folders, holographic dots and gold striped ribbon. How awesome is that?!

Look at the beautiful backgrounds on the hero papers – so gorgeous, and so versatile. And amongst the papers you’ve got florals, stripes, dots, diamonds, and those stunning watercolour rectangles. Ooh la la – just so gorgeous.

I couldn’t wait to start creating with it, especially to get some wedding photos on to them, which were hot off the press.

Layout 1:

This is the happy couple and their wedding party. The background papers are from Country Lace, which I’ve paired with the watercolour rectangles from the Celebratory Sips papers (as above). I’ve cut the rectangles out individually, and then clustered them, adding in my favourite sand dollars (aren’t they just so real), from Seaside Wishes. Some gold thread adds some beautiful texture, and I’ve continued the gold theme with the title embossed in gold, and gold ‘splatters’ throughout the page. It was the most relaxed wedding ever, seaside, so I think the layout gives the perfect balance of the elegant beach vibe.

Layout 2:

Moving on from the more ‘formal’ photos, were our family ones. As always, it was so lovely to have all of the family together, and even better when it was for such a special occasion. So here, the lovely cocktail drinks paper was the perfect stage for these photos.

Along with the paper, I made great use of the die cuts (to cut the glasses etc out of the paper (love that feature in SU papers/dies). To cut the other die shapes I used the Stylish Shapes Dies, and the Family & Friends title from the Celebrate Together stamp set. This is a great set for scrapbookers, with titles and little words that will work on many types of layouts.

Layout 3:

This is a very simple design – great if you like to get a few photos on your layout, and clean simple lines. Here’s the base design without photos – just to show you what a difference photos make.

But wait, there’s more!

Layout 4:

This layout was one inspired by Paula Simmonds of Crafting with Paula. She created a layout some time ago with these awesome ‘pockets’ on the side, which I just had to case. It’s a great way of adding extra photos if you’d like to put some more in, or for hidden journaling.

With this layout the titling and little details have been created using the Weekend Adventures stamp set.

For me this is another scrapbookers essential set. As keen travelers, I know I’ll use all of these images many times over. They’re a great investment.

Here’s the layout again with photos – doesn’t it look fab!

Because the Blackberry Bliss background paper is so dark, I heat embossed the Adventure title with white embossing powder. This really allows it to shine. I repeated this process on the little ‘Better Together’ tag.
For a more subtle effect, I stamped the little xxxxxx stamp as a border on the right page, using white ink.

Now – there’s a wee embellishment that I’ve used which is actually one of my most used shapes at the moment. Can you guess what it is??
……. It’s the little flower, and it’s from the Impressions Abloom dies. Lol, all those gorgeous flowers and shapes, but it’s actually the teeny tiny flowers that are bringing the most joy at the moment (and being used continuously).
